    While playing, Mike embarked on a coaching career as well. His first head coaching experience was in the summer of 2014, working with U14’s. Since that time, Mike has taken on expanded roles within the Neponset Valley River Rats organization as the Bantam Major Coach. Mike coached for two seasons at Lawrence Academy and served as the Assistant Coach and Recruting Coordinator. In his two seasons at LA, they won the New England Small School Championship in 2018. In 2019, they won the ISL Keller Division Regular season title. Mike also served as the New England Scout for NHL Central Scouting from 2017 to 2023. Starting in May 2019, Mike took the position with the Islanders Hockey Club as the NCDC Associate Head Coach and Director of Scouting. Currently, Mike coaches the ‘10 & ‘12 Islanders and is the Youth Hockey Director for the program. Also, he is the Head Hockey Coach at The Winchendon School. He was also listed in New England Hockey Journal’s Top 40 under 40 most influential people in hockey this past fall. Mike played high school hockey at Watertown High School, where he served as a two year captain, and was named a Middlesex League All-Star in 2012. After graduating high school, Mike went on to The Winchendon School for a Post-Graduate year. He continued his playing career at Westfield State University for one season, before transferring to Southern New Hampshire University, where he graduated in the spring of 2017. Mike continues to establish himself within the Massachusetts coaching ranks. Mike is the co-founder of BHC and will serve as the President/GM of the program.


  • General Manager

    Marc grew up in New Jersey, where he played his youth hockey for the New Jersey Rockets. From there, he went on to play his high school hockey at Avon Old Farms school in Avon, Ct, where he was a standout defenseman . Marc wrapped up his playing career at St. Anselm College, graduating in 1992. Married with four children, Marc continued his love of the sport by coaching his four kids in multiple sports, mostly involved with hockey. He coached in the East Coast Wizards program for 5 seasons, and also with the Boston Jr. Blues summer program. Marc has been with The Boston Hockey Club since its inception and will serve as the General Manager.
